Syria!

The more I stay in Syria the more I like it.

It's Ramadan, which means a fair proportion of the city sleeps during the day and comes out at night. It's noisy, bright, and chaotic.

This was filmed at about 1am, but it actually gets more crowded and hectic until about 3am. The streets are far more busy at 3am than 3pm:
