Life is inherently unpredictable.
Sometimes trips which should take four hours last twelve; sometimes the best ice cream in Damascus ruins your day; sometimes you come to downtown Jordan only to be surrounded by Japanese people; and sometimes Jordanian royalty look disturbingly like British PM Gordon Brown.
More importantly, I can now access Youtube, Facebook, and this blog. Unfortunately, this connection is very slow, but fear not: my backlog of pictures and videos will be forthcoming.
Right now, I have hard choices to make. Down to the Wadi Rum desert, then straight over to Egypt? Or down to Wadi Rum, then back up to Jerusalem? Ah, the choices...
