God played a practical joke on Abraham. He is an American cowboy born in Syria.
Notice his Harley-Davidson tee shirt, confederate flag, trimmed goatee, and not-quite-smile smile. I think I've have seen this exact picture before, in a South Dakota gas station.
Not pictured above is other paraphernalia, such as Abraham's Harley-Davidson bag, matching hat, a business card that says "Live to Ride", and a small flag of the Republic of Texas.
He has memorized the names of nearly every major and mid-sized city in Texas, and his southern drawl accent is fantastic to boot.
Finally, and my favorite, is this small "Wanted" poster he gave me:
Each picture of the 'Burhan Gang' (his last name) is Abraham, in a different costume, pose, but the same not-quite-smile smile.
Unfortunately for Abraham, his dreams of getting an American visa and working for Harley-Davidson are a long shot.
